If you plan to visit Walt Disney World in February 2025, pack for a month of mixed-temperature weather for your Disney vacation. While Spring is in sight, it’s not quite here yet (even in the Orlando area), but that shouldn’t negatively impact your February Disney World vacation.

Weather Forecast for Walt Disney World in February 2025
The February 2025 forecast for Walt Disney World has daytime highs ranging from 66°F (19°C) to 82°F (28°C), with nighttime lows ranging between 46°F (8°C) and 63°F (17°C).
Given that it is still winter, these Orlando temperature ranges are not unusual. On average, February 2025 is expected to be slightly cooler than normal, but at least forecasters are not anticipating another polar vortex to put a chill on your vacation. In fact, you may not even notice that “slightly cooler” at all.
February 2025 will start pretty warm during the day and taper off by a degree or two towards the end of the month. Overall, it is looking to be a pretty stable month for temperatures.
Rain, on the other hand, is a different story. Some rain is in the forecast (again, not unusual for Orlando), but rain shouldn’t be a major problem for your vacation, unless you are traveling the week of February 16. This week looks to be a little unsettled, but it is still far off at the time of writing, so hopefully things will change (which is also pretty common for Orlando weather). The last week of the month is forecast to be the sunniest week.
We always advise that you check a local Orlando weather station for the local forecast a day before you leave for your vacation. This will give you the most accurate picture of what you can expect.
What to Pack for Walt Disney World in February 2025
February 2025 is shaping up to be very much a two tier packing month, meaning you will need to consider different clothes for day and night weather.
You’ll want to consider warmer weather outfits for the daytime and cooler weather outfits for the evenings and nights. Shorts, t-shirts, dresses etc. should work well for most of the month during the warmer daytime hours.
For evenings, you may want to bring a light jacket, hoodie, pants, leggings and so on, whatever you typically like to wear when it’s a little cool.
If you like to head to the parks for rope drop, the challenge will be those transitional times in the morning. You will have to decide how to plan your wardrobe for cool mornings but warm days. It might be chilly when you leave your hotel at 7:00 a.m., but it will warm up by mid-morning. So, will you brave the morning chill in shorts? Or will you bring a layer that you’ll have to shed and carry around for the rest of the day?
Events at Walt Disney World in February 2025
The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts continues until February 24. So, if you want to plan a special wardrobe for this event, that can be fun.
Another important event to note is that the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend is scheduled for February 20 to 24. This is a fun event for participants, but it can cause havoc with your travel schedule and getting around. Bear that in mind if you’re visiting at that time.
And, of course, Valentine’s Day is on February 14 and Disney likes to celebrate this event with special treats, merch and more. If you will be at Walt Disney World for Valentine’s Day, Minnie Mouse attire is usually a big hit (the color scheme matches perfectly).
